Wisconsin Dells, WI – Brent Gasser, owner of Yogi Bear’s Camp-Resort & Water Playground-Wisconsin Dells was recently awarded the “Jim Webb Spirit Award” for his lifelong contribution and commitment to both the franchise system and their guests. “I am truly humbled by this coveted award. Mr. Webb has been my role model in that he embodies the spirit and enthusiasm of Yogi Bear himself. I first met Mr. Webb when our family signed our franchisee agreement in 1971, making it the third park in the nation” says Brent Gasser.  Today there are over 70 parks in the USA & Canada.

Mr. Gasser started working at the park in the summers when the park first opened. After graduating from business school, he returned to purchase the family business. “I feel like I have grown up with Yogi”, says Gasser. “It is now a family affair with my wife and four children who also work in the park. My greatest joy is seeing smiles on the faces of the campers when they see Yogi Bear daily.  So, for the first time ever, kids will now camp free at Yogi Bear’s Camp Resort & Water Playground Wisconsin Dells.”  He goes on to say, “Bring the whole neighborhood, for one low price to enjoy the free activities per week and extensive special events. Check it out at www.dellsjellystone.com/index/events.  You will be amazed at the stuff to do.“

Additionally, this park holds the “Recreation Award” for outstanding achievement in recreation. These awards join a collection of over 150 awards, including the very prestigious 4 Diamond AAA & 5W/5W Woodall Award (the highest levels attainable) bestowed on this park since it’s inception making it the most award winning camp-resort in the nation.

With rates starting as low as $25 for bear-rific campsites, and $39 for outdoor lodging for the whole family, this is truly an affordable vacation in these difficult times!  Bear in mind that this is the only campground in the Wisconsin Dells, (the Waterpark Capital of the World) that has a 10,000sf water playground, activity pool and hot tub included FREE with the guest’s stay.
