Rates include daily waterpasses for entire family (Value $10 per person per night) to
YOGI BEAR's Water Playground (5/22-9/6), BOO BOO's Activity Pool, and
CINDY BEAR's Hot Tub. Refunds with 7 day notice for sites, 30 days for rental
units less 25% administration fee. Minimum stays 5/22-5/25, 7/2-7/5, 9/4-9/7.
10.5% WI sales tax not included. Check-in/out sites 2:00 pm; rentals check-in
4:00 pm/check-out Noon. Quiet pets on leash welcome except in/near rental units.
Extra person charge per night: Rentals $15 adult, $10 child / Sites $10 adults,
$5 child. Extra Tent:$5. Extra Car $2.

Must be 18 to Rent Site/Rental Unit. No Personal Checks are accepted in the
Camp-Resort, except for deposits. Rates are based on one camping unit, one
vehicle, and 4 persons per camp site. Full payment is required within 10 days
of making reservation. Late check-outs or property left on site will be charged
accordingly. Early check-ins subject to charge. No smoking is allowed in rental
units. $100 security deposit is required for all rental units. Special events and daily activities are subject to change, seasonal hours may vary.
