Security Deposits...for all rental units are not part of the rental fee. The security deposit of $100 ($300 for Tall Pines Villa) is payable at check-in with check or credit card and is refundable by mail within 7 days of departure.
Smoking...is prohibited in our rental units. All public buildings are also smoke free for your enjoyment!
Pets...rental unit guests may not bring pets. Guests with pets will be asked to leave without a refund.
Bed Linens...are provided in the 8 Sleeper Boo Boo Chalets, Ranger Smith Family Lodges, and Tall Pines Villa.
What to bring when you camp in the 4 and 6 Sleeper Chalets, Cindy Bear Cabins and Yogi Bear Bungalows...Cooking & eating utensils, bedding, pillows & towels.
